Western Sydney BLIA Scouts is the first Buddhism Community Scout Group in Australia. We are providing fun and challenging opportunities through scouting activities but we also promote the "Three good deeds".  These are to:

• Do Good Deeds,
• Speak Good Words and
• Think Good Thoughts

The scout way means we encourage kids to do their best and to help others!

Our activities are incorporated to Scout’s program which may include camping, bushcraft, hiking, canoeing, performing arts, building, cooking, community service and meditation.  There are only some of our activities but the program is always changing and always improving to suit the needs of the group.

As part of the Scout program, we offer an Award Scheme that encourages participation in the full range of activities available and provides recognition of individual achievement.

We welcome children and youth aged from 5 – 14 years old to join our group!

Joey Scouts :                   (5 – 8 years) | Fun and Friendship | Sunday 10:00 -11:00 | (School Term)

Cub Scouts :                   (8 – 11 years) | Do your Best | Sunday 10:00 -11:30 | (School term)

Scouts:                           (11-14 years) | Be Prepared | Sunday 10:30 – 12:00 | (School term)
